Source. LinkedIn public job search, pulled via Apify on 11 Aug 2026. Hard filters at the source: Easy Apply only (f_AL=true) and posted within 24 hours (f_TPR=r86400). 37 title searches across two scopes — Chicago metro, and United States with a remote work-type filter.
Volume. 763 unique Easy Apply postings came back, every one verified as EASY_APPLY and ≤23 hours old — the 48-hour fallback was never needed. 376 were dropped as off-target (physical security officer, PLC/controls, electrical, clinical, sales, front-end dev) and near-duplicate repostings collapsed, leaving 379.
Fit score is triage order, not a verdict. Base score comes from lane match — IAM weighted highest, then data security/GRC and SecOps, then endpoint, cloud, AI automation, ITSM. Bonuses for senior/lead titles, low applicant counts, very fresh postings. Penalties for director/VP/executive and entry-level. It reads titles, not job descriptions. Open the posting before you decide.
Caveat — the remote filter is soft. LinkedIn increasingly serves an AI-powered search that silently ignores the work-type parameter; the scraper compensates by embedding “Remote” into the query text, which is not a hard filter. Rows tagged Other metro — verify remote carry a city other than Chicago and may or may not be remote-eligible. Confirm on the posting itself.
Caveat — Chicago coverage is thin. The Chicago-metro run hit a high failed-request rate against LinkedIn (53 of 133 requests failed on the second pass), so 32 local rows understates what is actually there. A repeat run later in the day will surface more.
Caveat — staffing agencies dominate same-day IAM. FUSTIS, VMC Soft, Avance, KPG99, TechClub and Resource Logistics account for a large share of the top of this board. Real openings, but frequently the same end-client role listed by competing vendors. Duplicate title+company pairs were collapsed; the same role across different vendors was not.
Salary reproduces what LinkedIn displayed. Blank means the posting showed none.
